When I am attempting to create a report in IBM Jazz Reporting Service (JRS) and I am at the step to limit scope for the results displayed, the list of project areas are empty.

My ETL jobs are running correctly. Also I see correctly BIRT reports in IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC). I am logged as an administrator to JRS.

The root cause of the issue is that in the Data Warehouse Data Source. I have enabled Enable project access control. This options causes displaying the data only from the project areas for which I am a member or for public project areas. After adding myself to the project areas I am interested I am able to see the list of project areas.
