Situation: RTCv3 GA
WAS 7
DB2 v9.5
JTS is also floating license server

Several floating licenses installed.

1) Installing a license jar takes many minutes and causes FF to max out the CPU for most of the time
2) Viewing any info that contains license (e.g. a user or license assignments) takes quite a long time to display.

I'm seeing this as well, also on WAS. It was fast under Tomcat though I don't know if that makes a real difference.

Seeing the same slowness at my end. RTC 3.0 with Tomcat.

IE 7 seems to be marginally better than Firefox 4.0 when fetching user license information.
