Can JazzGuests see public reports?

On our instance, JazzGuests see nothing in RS (nothing in My Reports or All Reports). Obviously they shouldn't be able to create reports but they also can't see any public reports either.

Once they are given JazzUser's permissions they can see public reports.

First of all, JazzGuests and JazzUsers are repository roles and not permissions (they map to LDAP groups, so groups seems to be a keyword as well.).

According to

the JazzQuests repository role limits repository access to read only. My assumption according some of the posts is, that for reporting some write operation is required and thus prevents you from running reports. If this is not sufficient, please contact support. I looked into the documentation and could not find a good explanation.

Note that in order to be able to read anything, you must be allowed to access data by the configuration of access control to project areas first (except if you have JazzAdmin repository access).

Report Builder does not use foundation repository for persisting data. So repository roles such as JazzGuest do not apply to Report Builder.
