How to retrieve ETM instance information from plugin

anuraag kb (918) | asked Sep 29 '20, 3:34 p.m.

How can we reference the ETM instance URL in the plugin code?

I am aware that the root services document has this information and can be accessed via https://<ETMServerURL>:9443/qm/rootservices

But how can we retrieve the <ETMServerURL> in the first place..?

Am using ETM 7.0.1.

Hi Anurag,
I did not understand your question. This is the host name of the server where ETM is running. It is generally common for all qm, rm, ccm and other collaborative application hosted with jts.
Are you asking for how to get the new host name of renamed server?

If you are willing and able to provide context what you are doing and where, do so, otherwise this questions will stay unanswered.

I am not sure if I completely understand your request but if you want to check current domain name registered for QM, you can see variable com.ibm.team.repository.server.webapp.url at <CLM_INSTALLATION_PATH>/server/conf/qm/teamserver.properties
