From the pending changes view in RTC eclipse extension, when attempting to associate a changeset to a work item the following error is produced in eclipse and the associate work item window does not display.

RTC plugin v. 6.0.3
MyEclipse 2017 (4.6.1) 

org.eclipse.swt.SWTException: Failed to execute runnable (java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Argument not valid)
at org.eclipse.swt.SWT.error(SWT.java:4514)
...

This seems to be a known defect.
