Can you report Exploratory testing in RQM?

How can you report exploratory testing or the steps carried out at runtime when there is only a user story provided and no predefined steps but a record of the testing carried out needs reporting so that if necessary it can be re-run.

There is nothing stopping you having a manual test case with a single step or a series of steps corresponding to the story. These can have test execution records for reporting and be part of a plan or scenario. Exploratory could be a type of test (attribute).
