Can this burndown error be fixed?

Mike Shkolnik (9809161143) | asked Sep 13 '13, 6:26 p.m.
Basically we had someone accidentally include some extra zeros on theirs hours on one of their tasks. This caused the burndown to go very wonky. Is there some way to fix this? Perhaps some way to remove the multi-zero state of the work item from history? I am willing to update the DW or CCM database directly if this can't be done through one of the clients. I also know how to use the API if that will help.

Hi Mike, The table that you need to update is named: RICALM.REQUEST_HISTORY. Of course I am assuming you are using the data warehouse that came with 3.0.1. Look for the record by may be doing search on the summary text. Then change the values for the estimate and planned work.
