Importing a Word document with images into RRC creates a seperate folder for each image in the document.
I am trying to copy the requirements from one project to another in RRC 3.0.1. Since there is no direct way to do it, I opened each requirement, created a word document out of it , saved it onto a local drive and then imported that to the destination project using the "Import document" feature.
But for documents with images, Jazz imports the document correctly, but creates an additional folder just for the image. And if I try to delete that folder, the image goes away from my original document too. Has anyone faced this before? |

In V4.0.1, ReqIF would help a little better to copy requirements to another project, though there are limitations

Smitha,
This is the standard behaviour of RRC. It creates another artifact for the image imported.
I have imported many documents, all of them with the same logo image, and for my surprise all logo images was created as a different artifact.
