How can you remove the "Showing 1-41 of 41" status bar in table views?

Ever since upgrading to 3.0.1, whenever we do 'show all' in the Test Cases or any other type of table view, it shows a status bar that 'floats' which says "Showing 1-41 of 41 items" for example.  This bar gets in the way, and sometimes makes it so you can't even select a row, depending on where it falls.  Can this be removed somehow, so we don't see it, or so that it gets out of the way?  It causes a lot of frustration for our users.

It can't be removed, but this was found to be a defect and it was fixed in 3.0.1.3.  See Inconsistent UI design having a floating bar with the artifact count for the test case section of test plan (59367)
