I want to integrate IBM DNG with Codebeamer using Windchill Modeler and OSLC services. So, after adding an OSLC Server in Modeler the screen is prompted asking Consumer Key and Consumer Secret values which should be getting it from IBM DNG. 

Currently we are using IBM DNG's 6.0.2 version and Windchill Modeler's version 10.0.0.0 

Kindly guide me from where I can retrieve the Registered Consumer Key and Consumer Secret value from IBM DNG which is in encoded form.

As far as I can tell, you will not get any of the keys and secrets. As far as OI am aware, you have to open the application administration and use the Consumers and the Friends administration to create the required connection and get the involved data. I think your Windchill documentation should have some information about this process.

Please note the 6.0.2 is out of service for years. The currently supported versions are 7.0.2 and higher.
