 We would like to create baseline of a stream by using Rest API. Cannot see any API details online. Would you please help on this?

Please try https://www.google.com/search?q=create+baseline+DOORS+Next+site%3Ajazz.net and have a look at the answers. I don't have example code. I agree it would be nice to have some. I would try to post on the configurations collection with a slightly modified body based on an existing state.
