The team where approvals are created with no approver. Such work items are not accessible from the web. If it is corrected from the Eclipse client, the same is accessible again in the web client. The team is working on the correction.

I do not understand what the question is.
The customer was not able to access the work item using a web client but was working with EWM eclipse client.
