[closed] Why are help videos still need Adobe Flash plugin?

closed Apr 20 '23, 8:53 a.m. by David Honey (1.8k●1●7) I am trying to watch help videos in Edge or Chrome but my company policy prevents me form installing the Adobe Flash Plugin. Is there another way to watch these?
Example of problem is video on following help page states "This plug-in isn't supported"

Is there any plan to update these videos to work on current browsers?

Comments Thanks for letting me know that this is being worked on, and as Adobe Flash went end of life in 2020, it must be a long term low priority task so I will not expect a fix soon. |
