Ask a question

why are deleted artefacts still in Data Warehouse?

David Sedar (2838) | asked Nov 11 '19, 6:27 a.m.

we are running DNG v6.0.6.1 iFix 004 in an IBM SaaS environment - so have no ability to run SQL or access to server file directories etc.

Is it possible as a JazzAdmin to cleanse the Data Warehouse of deleted artefacts to stop them being included in Report Builder exports?

Hi David,
This doesn't sound correct;  when you say deleted?  how did you delete the artifacts.  Did you actually delete or have they been removed from a module/collection.  Are you still able to use the quick search to find the artifact?
to help me and others understand.
Have you switched on config management in DNG?  What data type is your report working from?
Can you check with the Saas provider that the DCC collection and LQE/LDX collections jobs are running without issue.
