Is there a way to report floating licence denials programmatically?

Hi all,

we have a requirement to monitor and report concurrent floating licence usage and the reports from the JTS can't be exported (well, I can't find any way to do it) so I wrote something to run as a client, using the REST interface.  That's fine, but I'd also like to keep a handle on the floating licence denials we're seeing at times of peak demand.  The info in the JTS reports page is helpful but I'd like to get it from a client task and also get details of who it is that's being denied, so I compile reports to help with licence negotiations.

I can find no way to do this.  If anyone knows if it's possible and can point me in the right direction, I'd be grateful.
