 Recently I have observed dashboard in CCM are going into loading state and nothing gets loaded.this happens on few machines.if anyone knows solution please help.

You could try clearing the browser cache or using a different browser on the machine where the issue is reported.

If this doesn't help, can you provide more details:
a. Is it specific to user ?
b. Any differences between the two machine, i.e., between where it works as expected and where the issue is seen ?
c. Any recent updated related to the java version / OS patches / browser upgrades ?
