FORUM ADMINISTRATOR / FORUM MODERATOR / JAZZ DEVELOPER You need to first associate an RTC Release object with that DNG baseline (or to a global stream that contains that DNG baseline).
Then set the Found-In property of the work item to be that release.
Then create the link.
