When archiving a user in RTC is there any need to remove them as a member of a project area first?

When archiving a user in RTC is there any need (or benefit) to remove them as a member of a project area first?

Or is it a waste of time to first remove the users from a project area first?

If not needed, is there any action that should be taken prior to archiving a user? Thanks!

Would it be better to not remove a user from a project area if there is a chance that the user may be restored in the future? (looking for a best practice when it comes to archiving a user).

There are probably lots of different angles to this, but our take on archiving is based purely on current employment.  Each quarter active IDs are verified against corporate directory and archived.   As you probably know the ID will be displayed in RTC as:  John Jacob Jinglehiemer (Archived)
