CLM 601.

All,

Production uses:
ldap.server.com

UAT:
ldap-lb.server.com

I want to switch UAT's settings to PROD. When I do, it tests fine, I can click "Save LDAP Config Files" as well. However, when I click Next, I get the following error:

A problem occurred while computing LDAP queries.ID CRJAZ1543E

The test connection function only test the host and port, not the bind user and password. Chances are the bind user and password are incorrect.

Why don't you just copy the LDAP configuration from the PROD to UAT? I don't see the benefit of going through the wizard again.
