 Email is working as far as JTS is concerned, if I test it. But in DNG, when a user is entered in the comment block to be notified, no email is sent out.
In the rm.log I get:
2016-03-14 17:30:07,644 [         RM-Task-Executor-1447]  WARN m.fronting.server.services.comments.CommentsHelper  - Could not find user with userId ../../jts/users/<user name here>

If you simply follow the link to the "not found" user in the error message, in a browser, do you get the user's profile (you should)?

  There is no ../../jts/users/ directory. I am not sure where it is trying to pull this from and I am not sure where it is trying to start from so the relative path is not a lot of help.
