Error after uninstalling and installing IDE Eclipse Client

Getting "Could not find extension: com.ibm.cds" after eclipse client was uninstalled and reinstalled with IBM Installation Manager.  RTC-Client-Eclipse4.2-repo-5.0.2

It sounds like the repository file of RTC-Client-Eclipse4.2-repo-5.0.2 is not enough. Is the size of the download file ok? Did you unzip it properly?

Or the error occurs when launching the RTC client? What platform are you using?

It's likely that the Eclipse configuration has been messed up with the installation process, and you may need to make some changes to the config.ini. Check the below links and see if any of them helps. You can also find a working copy of the config.ini file to compare.

Information Security was blocking a dll that Java was calling, preventing the initialization of RTC Client.
