There is no size limit of a file size as the default in RTC SCM but you can set the limit of a file size,

  1. Log on to the Web client with admin privilege  ( https://server:9443/ccm/admin )
  2. Click "Server"
  3. Click "Advanced Properties"
  4. Go to "SCM"
  5. Modify the value on "Versioned Content Maximum Size" (value "0" means there is no limit).

I've submitted Document Versioned Content Maximum Size advanced property to add this information to the Knowledge Center.
