How do I include a custom attribute as of the selections for my plan in RTC?
I'm using RTC 5. I need to include a custom attribute as one of the selections to be displayed on my Kanban view. I already added the attribute in the Application Administration page >> Work Items >> Type and Attributes but I am still unable to see it as one of the selections in the +Attribute icon. Please advise. Thanks!

You have to add the attribute first under Procress Configuration>Configuration Data>Planning>Plan Attributes>Attribute Mapping. Then you can potentially show the attribute as column in plans, and try to also see it in the Taskboard/Kanban view. I am not sure if the Taskboard/Kanban shows all attribute types.
