Is there any alternative approach to specify multiple test resources to be run via RQMcommand line adapter?

Unfortunately, no. Each Command Line script can run only one command. Consider using multiple Command Line scripts/cases in a test suite.

You can wrap your tests with a wrapper script - we run thousands of test this way by passing arguments and using the execution variable capabilities of the adapter as well.
