Hi,

My team is facing some conflicts while delivering change sets to the stream. This is the case when "Require Work Item Approval" Pre Condition is active...

The files in which the team members find conflicts are not project files... but these are some work space files that may be kept by the RTC (version 5.0.2).

Every time the Project Manager need to auto-resolve the conflicts to deliver change sets to the stream.

any help would be highly appreciated.

The "Require Work Item Approval" precondition is used to ensure the change set associated work item has been approved. It should not be related to change set conflicts.


The best practice is accepting all incoming change sets, resolve the conflict then deliver the outgoing change sets.

For the files if you don't want to keep in RTC source control, you can add the files in jazz ignore list.
