Hi,
I'd like to block further test executions on a plan that has been approved (or retired). Is it possible?

Thanks,
Michele.

Unfortunately, this is not supported (you may want to open a RQM enhancement).  However, you could assign all the TCERs to the test plan owner and enable the 'Disallow Execution of Test Case Execution Record if owner is not executing it' precondition.
