RTC 3.0.1 Build Request Error: "Repository connection failed"

Lilian Galicia (645) | asked Mar 05 '15, 7:11 p.m.

Hi!

I have a Build Definition, that sometimes not successfully ends all executions. I get an error in construction but does not occur in all cases.

A summary of the logs:

Build Request: GNPjQueryCore.war_PRU 20150304-1214.

2015-03-04 12:14:09 [Jazz build engine] Accepting changes into workspace "GNPjQueryCore.war_PRU_RTCBUILDER" ...
2015-03-04 12:14:51 [Jazz build engine] Fetching files to fetch destination "D:\ConstruccionesRTC\PRU\GNPjQueryCore_war" ...
CRRTC3524W: Repository connection failed: CRJAZ0099I When accessing the URL "https://mxplvdeax43.gnp.mx:9443/ccm/service/com.ibm.team.filesystem.common.IFilesystemService" the following HTTP error occurred: "java.net.SocketTimeoutException"

In others Builds sometimes I found this error:

java.lang.RuntimeException: CRJAZ0109I Communications error.

Reviewing the status of the server is running, and the Build Engines too.

Anyone knows this error or what are the cases where this happen?

hi Lilian

Please check the java version you are running.

RTC 301 client has Java5, so try downloading the IBM Java 6 and give it a try.

Below forum discussions which might help you:

Also, defect187852 shares the similar error and workaround(comment3):

Let me know if this helps.

Rohit
