Jazzhub - On premise JTS connection

Liora Milbaum (513289118) | asked Nov 27 '14, 11:29 a.m.
Is it possible to connect a Jazzhub to an on premise JTS?

My customer has on premise CLM 5.0.1.  She would like to enable their customers to open defects on the system.
The on premise system is integrated to LDAP and behind a firewall.

What will be the best solution if not Jazzhub to enable the customers issue work items and check their status.

Thanks,
Liora

You could install and expose an RTC server on the internet, connecting it to a shared JTS.

JazzHub (aka IBM DevOps Services) has its own user database. Anyone can freely register to it at: https://hub.jazz.net/register.

There is no way today to have JazzHub (IBM DevOps Services) delegate login to some on-premise CLM or LDAP.

OK. So, IBM DevOps Services is not an option. Are their other options?
