Session for users ends after 120 minutes
Hi.
Users report for a CLM environment they are logged out after 120 minutes even when they are active in RTC. Session timeout in WAS is 30 minutes. Network, database and OS have been verified and all seems working well. License checkout time is 3600 Max available license number is 300 and according to License Reports maximum numbers has not been reached. Do you have any idea for this behavior? Thanks |

If you are using WAS and single sign on, the LTPA token timeout could be the effect you are seeing. See https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/ConfiguringAndTuningWAS and search for LTPA.
