A couple of Backlog questions

Let's take a simple setup of CLM with OOTB Release1, Sprint1, Sprint2 and Backlog

Can you have multiple Backlogs?
Can you move the Backlog "under" a Release/Iteration?

Thank you

I suppose we are talking about Scrum process template.
In Scrum, backlog is all the work that is to be done in a project. When planning work, you pick items from the backlog and assign it to the iterations. I'm not sure what would be the use case for having backlog under an iteration, as backlog basically means "all work not assigned to an iteration".

It is possible to have multiple Backlogs.  One such example is epics or stories you have opted not to do so you may set that in a "Rejected" iteration that you associate with a Backlog.

In addition, you can make multiple iteration plans per iteration (release, sprint), each showing a (slightly) different via on the iteration.
