Generate Test Scripts - RQM???

Hello,

I see that you can generate test cases, test case execution records. Can you generate empty test scripts?
I generated 100 TCs, then a couple of hundred TCERs, but the TCERs had no test scripts associated with them, which made them useless. After I created a Test Script for about five of the TCs, and generated the TCERs did they match up.

Did I miss a generate test script wizard somewhere?

thanks

Unfortunately, bulk test script generation is not supported.

A couple of alternatives:

-Test cases can be executed without test scripts (see http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0m6/topic/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_run_scriptless.html).

-You can generate a test script from a test case design (see http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0m6/topic/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_create_testscript_auto.html).

-You can create a new test script from the test case editor (see http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0m6/topic/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_create_testscript.html).

-You can create manual test scripts using the manual test script recorder (see http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0m6/topic/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_create_testscript_with_recorder.html).

-You can import manual test scripts (see http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0m6/topic/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_import_testscript.html).

Thanks,

I'm having a friend submit an RFE for this.
