Why is my query not showing up in Add to predefined query menu?

Andy Jewell (24236374) | asked Feb 27 '14, 1:54 p.m.
This keeps me happening to me -- I try to add a query to the predefined queries using the project configuration tab, but my query doesn't appear in the list!  I click refresh all over the place, to no avail.  Does anybody recognize this situation?

Did you share the query? You need to do this to make it appear in the predefined list.

This can be done from the Details tab when creating the query. Until you share it, it will remain private.

I never knew that existed!  The way I had been sharing was to go into the project area configuration and add a personal query to the predefined queries folder.  This is much simpler - and works - thank you!
