CLM 4.0.3 Jazz server self-cleaning
Hi guys,
I was wondering whether there's a way to restart a CLM 4.0.3 Jazz server in a way that it'll 'clean itself' in the mean while. Things like emptying caches and trying to restore things that seem broken (for example after a server crash) or is that stuff you need to do manually?
Thanks,

Hello,
(not sure what is the use case behind this question)
You may reprovision your server by requesting a server reset:
where app = jts, ccm, qm or rm
Additionally, you may clear your app server's cache.
Hope it helps,
Eric

There isn't an exact use case behind it, just learning a bit or two about Jazz and its nice to be able to 'easily restore' the server after making it accidentallz crash. Thanks for the answer! Hello Kristof,
be aware that resetting your server might clear any HotFix that might have been installed.
Also note that we encountered very rare situations where re-provisioning the server fixed some strange and unexplained issues.
Eric.

Well, if it is dangerous like that, is there a better method? Hello Kristof,
I did not say it's dangerous.
It does just what he's meant to do : reset the server as per fresh install.
The last item about re-provisioning was a side note: sharing with you my experience regarding this and also clearing app server cache.
Sorry for the misunderstanding.
