I want to maintain the workitems linked from the deliver target changeset by server-side plugin.
I'm going to extend the operationParticipants and the operation id is "com.ibm.team.scm.server.deliver".
But I can't find any APIs for following matter.
1.Getting workitems linked from the deliver target changeset.
2.Identifying the changeset type (add, modify,move...etc.).
3.Getting elements (file or folder) from the deliver target changeset.

Does anyone feel like giving me a hand?
