 Hi Phani,

The adapter did not change from 4.0 to 4.0.5:
Rational Quality Manager HP Quick Test Professional Adapter 
Supports QTP versions 9.0, 9.1, 9.2 and 9.5.
We also tested with QTP 10.0 and 11.0.
