Is there a setting to open Change explore by default instead of Change summary in v4.0.1 and newer

We know this had been implemented in v4.0.1 but some of users wanted to open "Change Explore" instead of "Change summary".

Therefore, I am looking for an option to change defult open view when a user open Change set in link tab of Work Item in Eclipse client.

Here is a document of change:
Change Summary view for reviewing change sets
https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/4.0.1?p=news#scm_vswilinks

client is keen to get an option to change it for some users, so please let me know if there is a way.

Thank you.

There currently isn't a way to open change sets in Change Explorer from a work item. The default action that opens in Change Summary is a similar view to Change Explorer's files view mode, which it replaces. However from Change Summary, you can open the details section from the view's menu and see which change sets affect each file. You can open those change sets in Change Explorer, which now only supports change set view mode.
