How do you monitor Asynchronous Tasks on the RTC Server

Andrew Soloninka (5511924) | asked Jun 14 '13, 8:52 a.m.
I have an new asynchronous task running on Websphere Application Server(WAS).
Is there a way to stop, start and monitor asynchronous tasks beyond beyond stopping and starting WAS and reading the logs?

Hello Andrew,

I do not believe RTC has a mechanism to allow users to stop / start asynchronous tasks.  Unless the application provides this ability, the only way to accomplish the request to stop / start the tasks is via application or server stop / start.

The only method I am aware of to monitor asynchronous  messages is possibly via PMI.

If it were a BIRT report running, you can View and cancel with this new feature in RTC 4.0.4
