How can i format requirement text so that bullets stay indented

Corey Lofton (1324) | asked Jun 07 '13, 3:35 p.m.
 Hi,
I've imported requirements from excel into RRC using a CSV file.  The format of the requirement text contains bullets, that look the way i need it to on hover, but not when i click on the actual requirement.  Is there a way to fix this?

Here is the requirement text while i hover over it, the way i want it to look:

Here is how the requirement appears formatted when i click it and open:

Hi Corey,
What version of RRC are you using?
That looks like a problem we had previously that has since been fixed. I'll try to locate the work item.

Ok, it sounds like the problem you are experiencing may be similar to this one:
Line breaks in CSV file are not kept after Import (37502)

It was identified in RRC 3.0.1 and a fix was delivered in 3.0.1.2.
Would that coincide with the release you are using?
