Is it possible to add attachements to RRC artefacts ?

I have written my requirements document in word and have a number of pdf files and viso drawings that I would like to attach to some of my RRC requirements.

Within RTC I know I can attach files to a task, is it possible to do something similar in RRC and attach the files to the artefact.

You can upload files and then reference them from your rrc artifacts.  See http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0/topic/com.ibm.rational.rrm.help.doc/topics/t_upload.html for more information.
