Hello Irina, Indrari,

looking at the infocenter for CLM 4.0 and 4.0.1 I would think that the help page in 4.0.1 should be call upgrading from 1.0.2.x to 2.0.1 instead of upgrading from 1.0.2 to 2.0.

in the setup application that is delivered with version 2.0.1 there is no longer server.config.bat, this configuration is done directly through the setup application the first time a user logs in, we can see that the help page in the CLM help for 4.0.1 is referring to this new functionality of the setup application.

Hi Irina,
Yes, you need to upgrade to 2.0 first.

See the Before you Begin section in the link below.

 And one more question:
When I upgrade RRDI using setup wizard and on step to configure data warehouse  I 've got message :
The database was created by previous vertion Run migration tool to migrate the data warehouse.
Is that means that I need before migrate DW? Is DW upgraded when we migrate CLM to v.4.0.2?

Hello Irina,

Yes, the data warehouse needs to be upgraded from JTS during the upgrade.
This can either be done by the "jts_upgrade.sh" script or by running "repotools-jts.sh -upgradeWarehouse", depending on your CLM upgrade scenario; see

Upgrading to version 4.0.2
