 Hi,
Is it possible to log in to Sandbox 4.0 with admin or to give permission to My user?
I am trying to create new user but I don't see "Jazz User Administration" in the menu.

Hello Radomir

Are referring to the sandbox provided by jazz.net on https://jazz.net/products/sandbox/ ?

If that is the case, we no longer have the 4.0 sandbox available there, I am not sure if you should be able to even access the sandbox as of now.

In case you are refering to your local setup, to create a newer user - you would need JazzAdmin role, however if you need to just add an existing user in to a project Area, where in you have admin privileges (in addition to either JazzAdmin or JazzProjectAdmins role) you would be able to do this activity.
