Error opening custom work item from Web UI in RTC 4.0.0.1 for a user
We have a user getting the error below when opening a work item from a query results list. Appears in IE8, Firefox, and Chrome. This is a custom work item at our site. Seems to be just this one user.
Error message is: "Error fetching or storing Review Work Ticket 12951 | Details: Error loading properties for editing the work item" |

No solution, but looking for one myself. Do ALL custom work items of this type behave the same or just once in a while ?
