Hi, 

We have a  team  with around 3 people playing the role of Project Admins to develop the process template. 
When the person-1 try to save the template after the modifications many times it may not get saved because of the other changes were made parallel, then the person-1 should refresh and do the modifications again to save it.

To avoid this can someone suggest the best practices associated with making changes to the process template?

Hi Prasad,

I am not aware of a mechanism that would allow to lock other admins out while changing the process. I am pretty sure there is an enhancement request for something like that, but I am unable to find anything. You might want to create an enhancement.
